Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plant HR Manager to join our team at White-Force. As a key member of our human resources department, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's recruitment strategy, overseeing talent acquisition and management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (+0%):
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Operations (10%):
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations and handle grievances.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
