Job Role: HRBP Manufacturing
The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to drive HR initiatives aligning with business objectives in the South region.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, including manpower planning, resourcing internal & external manpower, selecting candidates, and negotiating job placements.
• Align with business needs to understand HR support requirements and manpower demands, defining organizational structures and job descriptions.
• Manage HR operations and employee relations across manufacturing plants.
• Support key people topics like manpower budgeting, performance management, and internal job opportunities.
• Connect employees and foster engagement.
• Manage employee communication, rewards, and recognition.
• Support critical employee conversations, providing feedback for improvement and employee retention.
Key Qualifications
• Education: Any Graduate; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience, with expertise handling blue-collar manpower.
• Languages: Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, English.
