Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders at plant and corporate offices to meet the business requirement. Provide HR guidance and support to Plant. Identify pain areas within employee life cycle and address to improve employee engagement levels and address attrition Identify critical roles as per business priorities and plan for succession Understand the talent priorities of the site, identify development needs and drive programs to address the same Identify manpower requirement based on the business priorities and requirements and plan Budget, hiring accordingly Responsible for coordinating with the corporate HR team for driving projects related to talent management, Learning & Development Training & Development: Identify needs and plan for technical training calendar accordingly Promote culture of high performance and fair performance evaluation by driving PMS process effectively as per the guidelines
