Hi,
We have been retained by a Singapore based client to hire a Factory/Manufacturing HR Manager for their new facility in Chennai. Ideal candidate is someone who has experience in setting up a new plant/factory/green filed projects from scratch (0 to1).
Someone who could communicate at a level good for international engagement.
Please find the details as below:
• You should have total experience of 8 to 12 years with minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing and people management responsibilities
• Practical exposure to HR & IR functions, statutory compliance, compensation and benefits, HRIS, welfare, and employee relations, Budgeting, Manpower Forecast, Recruitment and Selection program.
• Strong law-oriented approach to the Labor related problems
• Experience in implementation and documentation of HR functions like POSH, Quality Systems (ISO/IATF) & Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
• Experience in Government Licensing (Inspector of Factories, Incorporation Certificate Pollution Control Board, Consent Establish/ Renewal/ Extension, Fire License NOC, Health License, Layout Approval, ESIC, EPFO Monthly Remittance & Returns, Annual Return, Trade License, LWF)
• Experience in Contract Labor Management (As per CLRA Act, Registration & Renewal License)
• A keen communicator with the ability to relate to people across all hierarchical levels in the organization
• You should have experience dealing with international clients and should have done stakeholder management
