Job Summary:
To achieve plant profitability target through maximization of plant utilization and reduction of production cost by optimal use of resources available at the plant level.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve targeted volumes with targeted EBITA
2. Achieve targeted delivery and pumping cost
3. Develop multi-skilling of plant staff and manage working hours including attendance across
the Unit by realigning manpower as required.
4. Reduce operation cost.
5. Ensure branding standards of TM/Batching Plant/Uniform and TM availability and
Housekeeping.
6. Plant Availability and on time delivery of concrete to the customer
7. Ensure quality of concrete, resolve customers complaints on time, on time POD thus ensuring
customer satisfaction
8. Ensure the health and safety of oneself, colleagues, vendor partners by complying with the
Company policies, procedures, guidelines, rules and regulations of occupational health and
safety at work
+. Ensure security of all plant assets and statutory compliance
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Any Diploma/ Graduate
• Experience: 4 – 6 Years from RMC or Aggregate or Construction industry
