1. Planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
2. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
3. Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
4. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
5. Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
6. Collect and analyse data to find places of waste or overtime.
7. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
8. Seek and recommend solutions to overcome issues arising to meet production requirements and address operational risks.
+. Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
10. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs to other people or junior if case of non-availability.
11. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
12. Supervise and motivate a team.
13. Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy.
14. Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
15. Work with HOD’s/managers (Of concerned departments) to implement the company's policies and goals.
16. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
17. Take overall responsibility for obsolete parts process and ensure business is left with minimum liability and minimal waste.
18. Design, develop and implement flexible solutions to aid business efficiency.
1+. Compliance’s on System related work like TPM, LEAN etc.
20. Commit to plant safety procedures.
