We are presently hiring for Plant Operation Manager role for our one of the leading equipment manufacturing industry in Jodhpur, Rajasthan location.
Job Description:
Experience: 2 Years+ in Plant Management/Plant Operation/Plant Administrative.
Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
Minimum Requirements:
A mechanical engineering degree is preferable but not mandatory; main focus is on experience in Plant Administration and Plant Management. Focus on this position is to ideally get a person who has experience in setting up, managing and administering a continuous process factory.
He will not be directly responsible for technical work but mainly for all admin/ operational matters related to plant. He should have thorough knowledge of Plant Operations, Liaisoning and PPC and can assist the production head wherever necessary.
Job Profile:
1) Co-ordination and liaising between plant and GEC Office
2) Overseeing / Auditing on a weekly basis all records maintained by Plant
3) Liaising with various external government bodies like land, excise, pollution, factory department and sales tax departments etc.
4) Overseeing fulfillment of all statutory requirements
5) Responsible for commercial negotiations and execution of any on site work including new process implementations.
6) Responsible for general administration and operations of the Plant. He will work in collaboration with all line Managers whenever necessary.
Other Remarks: Experience in managing a continuous process industry plant is a must.
