Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager at JALNIDHI BITUMEN SPECIALITIES PVT LTD. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant, including production planning, manufacturing operations, and plant management. The Plant Manager will ensure the smooth operation of the plant, while maintaining quality standards and meeting production targets.

Qualifications
• Plant Management and Operations Management skills
• Experience in plant operations and manufacturing operations
• Production planning experience
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to analyze and optimize production processes
• Experience in the mining and metals industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
