You’ll work with an incredibly diverse set of co-workers driven by their enthusiasm for helping people find and have more fun
Ensure s interactions with internal and external guests follow ing the guidelines of the Red Carpet Customer Service Program
Issue s comps in accordance with Hollywood Casino Tunica comping policies
Process es cash transactions for casino customers and employees (Includes cashing TITO tickets, personal checks, traveler’s checks, exchange currency and processing cash advances)
Consistently demonstrate knowledge of and compliance with Title 31 regulations
En roll s patrons into Players Club; i ssue patrons Players Club cards; maintain accurate player tracking information ; and assist the Marketing Department with all casino promotions
Answer s phone c alls professionally and pleasantly
Cash customer checks and establish information accounts for guests to speed up further check cashing
Cash and sell chips
Process credit/debit card cash advance checks
Balance s cash drawers
Ensure that the drawers are at appropriate impressed amount at beginning and end of each shift
Perform s buys with main bank to keep drawer stocked throughout current shift and for the next shift
C omplete s all necessary paperwork, including but not limited to balance sheets, buy sheets, MTL/M IL, and CTR s
Meet s department uniform, appearance , and grooming requirements
Meet s attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies
Keep s work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris , and litter
Perform s all job duties in a safe and responsible manner
Carries out a ny reasonable request made by your supervisor or any management personnel
Attend s all department meetings and training programs as directed

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Qualification Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required . • High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling / or cage experience preferred.
• Prior cashiering experience and/or heavy money handling experience preferred.
• Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.

Language Skills

Ability t o read and interpret documents i n English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required .
