Experienced Plumber (4–5 Years Experience)
Location: Adalaj / Chandkheda, Ahmedabad

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair across residential/commercial properties and educational facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, and sewage systems
Handle plumbing works in apartments, commercial buildings, classrooms, labs, hostels & washrooms
Detect and fix leaks, pipe damages, and blockages
Maintain pumps, overhead/underground water tanks, and sanitary fixtures
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections
Respond quickly to maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns
Ensure compliance with safety and plumbing standards
Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or relevant certification
Minimum 4–5 years of plumbing experience
Experience in real estate projects or institutional campuses preferred
Knowledge of pump operations and drainage systems
Ability to read plumbing layouts
Good troubleshooting and teamwork skills
