Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our hotel maintenance team. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining the hotel’s plumbing systems, ensuring a high standard of service and functionality in guest rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and other operational areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, valves, water heaters, pumps, etc.).
- Repair leaks, clogged drains, broken fixtures, or malfunctioning equipment as needed.
- Install new plumbing systems and fixtures when required, including for renovation or expansion projects.
- Respond promptly to maintenance service calls related to plumbing issues in guest rooms and public areas.
- Maintain records of maintenance work performed and report any recurring issues or system failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Work closely with housekeeping, front office, and kitchen teams to address plumbing-related concerns quickly and efficiently.
- Monitor water pressure, drainage systems, and water quality to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Assist with other general maintenance tasks as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
