The PM Operations Coordinator Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of NSBC Group’s Control Centre (OCC), ensuring the seamless and safe delivery of services while fostering a respectful, collaborative, and inclusive work environment. This position works closely with various internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance in a fast-paced, 24/7 setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
Coordinate trip scheduling and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
Collaborate closely with fleet managers and breakdown teams to respond promptly to vehicle servicing, inspections, repairs, and breakdowns.
Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and support depot staff, operations team members, and drivers, with a focus on team development and well-being.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values teamwork, accountability, and open communication.
Customer Experience:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, responsive, and reliable service.
Address customer concerns with empathy and urgency, striving for timely and effective resolution.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients and partners.
Work collaboratively with the Commercial team to continuously improve service delivery standards.
Facilitate clear and respectful communication with all stakeholders to support a cycle of continuous improvement.
Office & Cross-Departmental Support:

Support the bookings department with priority and high-profile clients to ensure service expectations are met.
Collaborate with the Compliance team on matters related to driver and vehicle requirements.
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive working environment for all staff.
Safety & Compliance:

Ensure full compliance with industry safety regulations and company standards.
Champion a culture of safety by implementing, monitoring, and refining safety protocols.
Conduct regular safety training sessions and emergency preparedness drills.
Support the strategic growth of the charter division through safe and sustainable operational practices.
Qualifications & Skills:

Preferred Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in the transportation or logistics industry (Bus/Coach preferred but not essential).
Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance frameworks.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
