Job Description
The Director of the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) reports directly to the DGSOM Executive Director Academic Department Administration who reports to the CFO/Sr. Dean of Finance and Administration. Under the leadership of the Executive Director, The PMO Director is responsible for establishing, leading, and optimizing a small PMO that supports strategic project execution across the organization. This role ensures projects are aligned with business priorities, delivered on time and within budget, and follow standardized project management practices.
The PMO Director will oversee project governance, portfolio visibility, resource coordination, and continuous improvement of project management capabilities across the organization. This position has four direct reports.
Annual Salary Range: $116,300.00 – 264,600.00
