Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
As a Digital Learning Content Developer, you'll be responsible for designing and producing engaging, interactive, and visually appealing eLearning modules that elevate the learning experience for our people. You'll simplify complex concepts into accessible digital content and collaborate closely with stakeholders and Senior Learning Consultants to ensure learning solutions align with organisational goals and learner needs.
A key part of this role includes administering and testing our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth processes and effective learning delivery. You'll also play a vital role in recommending and implementing digital tools that support practical, compliant, and SMART learning outcomes.

You're a creative thinker with a passion for digital learning, a strong technical skillset and a wide range of digital content creation tools in your toolkit. You'll bring qualifications in Digital Media or a related field. You'll have proven experience in developing innovative digital learning content as well as advanced proficiency in E-learning authoring tools, interactive content development and video and animation production. You're someone who's excited by the opportunity to deepen your understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning experience design. Ideally, you'll also bring experience in hospitality or tourism, along with a curiosity for emerging technologies in digital learning and LMS (ideally Cornerstone) admin experience.
