Collaborate closely with candidates, stakeholders, and volunteers to define campaign goals and objectives. Create and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Oversee the development of campaign messaging and communication materials, both online and offline. Utilize social media platforms and digital tools to engage and mobilize supporters. Organize and execute campaign events, rallies, town halls, and fundraisers. Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement efforts. Analyze data and voter insights to refine campaign strategies and messaging. Monitor political landscape and stay updated on relevant local and national issues. Manage crisis communications and respond effectively to emerging situations. Collaborate with media outlets and influencers to maximize campaign coverage. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Relations, Communication, or related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience in political campaign management or related roles
