The Population Health Coordinator will be a valued member of the Ovens Murray Public Health Unit to provide strategic leadership across the prevention sector in the region. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
Demonstrated sound knowledge of the principles and practices of population health.
Extensive experience in relationship building, collaborating and managing stakeholder relationships.
High level, strategic thinking and input.
