About Role:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated Portfolio Performance Reporting Specialist to join our Portfolio Project Management section. Reporting to the Manager Project Governance; In this role you will:

Provides advice, technical support and data capture to City Placemaking and Services driving performance reporting, service metrics, visualisation and analysis.

Lift visible transparency of the City Placemaking & Services portfolio, enabling data driven decisions to be made by accessing and analysing service metrics.

Develop Operational Dashboard reporting to visually display Portfolio and Project metrics.

Project management of small to medium projects within Portfolio Project Management team.

Provide analysis of key service metrics as requested.

What we are seeking:

Relevant job-related experience in data capture and analysis.

Proficiency in using the suite of Microsoft products.

Well-developed organisational skills and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal effectively on complex technical matters with non-technical users.

Current Class C drivers license.
