Job Description KRAs NPA Recoveries / Write off portfolio Resolution (Personal Loans/Credit Cards) Team handling for getting desired collection target. Appointment of agencies and driving them to achieve collection numbers Chalking out the various possible strategies of recoveries of NPA accounts, Hiring and retention of DRAs and driving them to meet the individual targets. Exploring the various legal alternatives available and assisting Consistently and effectively follow up and negotiating with the customers. Laisoning with Lawyers, Economics Offence authorities, police and other statutory authorities. Facilitating effective liquidation of collateral assets of securities of the borrower. Negotiating with the borrower consistently and effectively for faster and efficient recoveries. Preparing the MIS for daily receivables and reporting the same to HO office Job Requirements Hard core collection exposure. 3 – 5 years of experience in Banks / NBFCs Good team manager. Excellent written and oral communication skills Good computer skills. Knowledge of Collection and Legal Agency Management expertise DRA Management expertise Drive for Results Ability to work on multiple tasks Having good contacts in local Police authorities and local corporates To drive P & L of the branch Soft Skills Go getter, energetic & self-starter. Should be willing to take responsibilities Positive attitude
