Position: HR Manager/HR Officer

As an HR professional at Videshwin, you will play a vital role in managing human resources, ensuring a positive work culture, and attracting and retaining talented individuals to contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions within the organization.
Coordinate and manage the selection process, including conducting interviews and reference checks.
Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Onboarding and Employee Engagement:Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Plan and coordinate team-building activities, social events, and recognition programs.
Provide guidance and support to employees, addressing their concerns and promoting employee satisfaction.
Performance Management:Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
Assist managers in setting performance goals and conducting regular performance reviews.
Provide guidance on performance improvement and career development opportunities.
Handle employee disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
Training and Development:Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Support employees in their professional development by recommending external training opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and education consulting.
HR Policies and Compliance:Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of employee information and maintain HR databases.
Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Stay updated on labor laws, immigration regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the education or consultancy industry.
Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in HR software and systems.
