Position - PostgreSQL DBA Exp - 5+ years Loc - Pan India NP - Immediate
Must Have : PostgreSQL BDR Sync replication Setup (must have) Backup and administration PostgreSQL Development (must have) Performance tuning (must have) Nice to have : User creation (nice to have) Housekeeping Linux scripting (nice to have) These 3 are TOP priorities (nice to have) ideal candidate Technical Skills -
• Experience in install monitor and Maintain PostgreSQL (should perform standard PostgreSQL maintenance activities in Linux platform)
• Should be familiar with access control, backup and recovery process
• Fine-tuning SQL and integrating various data sources
• Exposure to stored procedures and database Triggers
• Designing database schema and other objects - will be added advantage
• Able to assist DevOps teams
• Knowledge and experience of RHEL
Soft skills -
• Preferred to have functional knowledge about Payment Accounts
• Preferred to work with COTS Applications
• Supported critical banking applications ( and hence understands the urgency)
• 7+ years relevant experience relevant project experience with premier organization(s)
• Technology savvy, having a clear picture of where and how information technology can be used to run businesses better and different
