Responsible for a handle team of powder coating operatives
Ensure products are completed and ready for dispatch on time
Make sure products meet quality standards
Purchasing & Stock Control
Manage production schedules of both shifts
Resolve any customer issues
Compliance with Health & Safety Standards
Work to set production targets and have responsibility of updating production records daily
