Context:
We’re looking for a new Power Supply Engineer in our System and Power Sector to help drive the objectives and challenges our valued clients have trusted us to solve for them.
As a SYSTRA US Power Supply Engineer you will join a world-class team of high-performing engineers, designers, drafters and others who work collectively to ensure client projects continue to thrive while remaining on track and budget.
Missions/Main Duties:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Power Supply Design Manager
Contribute to the management of Power Supply activities under supervision
Contribute to the Power Supply load flow simulations
Collaborate with experienced engineers to strengthen knowledge in integration and design
Prepare design report and develop documents, including specifications, preliminary design, and cost estimates
Create calculation tools
Collaborate with civil, structural and OCS engineers to integrate Power Supply designs into overall transportation infrastructure
Conduct site assessments and inspections to validate design assumptions and ensure proper installation practices
Participate in project meetings
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, standards, and best practices in all design and installation processes
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to Power Supply systems
Contribute to the compilation and submission packages

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or computer science
Eagerness to learn and develop skills in Power Supply systems design
Enthusiasm for the transit/transportation industry
Willingness to participate in field testing of Power Supply systems
Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks, within tight deadlines and schedules

Salary Range: $75,000-105,000 SYSTRA USA is providing the compensation range that the company believes it might pay and/or offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
