As a Shopify Plus Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining Shopify Plus ecommerce stores for our clients. Your responsibilities will include developing custom themes, integrating third-party applications, optimizing website performance, and ensuring a seamless and efficient online shopping experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop custom Shopify Plus themes, templates, and components based on client requirements.Integrate third-party apps and plugins to enhance the functionality of Shopify stores, ensuring smooth operation and optimal user experience.Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to ensure responsive and user-friendly interfaces.Customize Shopify Plus features, including checkout processes, shopping carts, and product pages, to meet client needs.Optimize website speed, performance, and security to ensure a fast and secure shopping experience.Conduct unit testing and debugging of websites to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the highest quality deliverables.Should have implemented SEO best practices to improve the store's visibility and search engine rankings.Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver projects on time and within scope.Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide solutions, and estimates, and address any technical concerns or questions.Maintain documentation of code, configurations, and integrations for future reference and team collaboration.Required Skill Set and ExperienceProven experience as a Shopify Plus Developer with a strong portfolio of Shopify Plus projects.Experience in designing and architecting the solutions around Shopify Plus.Experience with team handling will be a plus.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (Shopify's templating language).Knowledge of Shopify Plus features and capabilities.Experience with responsive web design and mobile optimization.Familiarity with SEO best practices for e-commerce websites.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.Understanding of e-commerce trends and best practices.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.Education and CertificationsBE/MCA/BTech, web development, or a related field is preferred.Shopify certifications or relevant training courses are a plus.
