🚀 Co-Founder Opportunity – Financial (CFO)
Powerkosh invites a visionary financial strategist to join as a Financial Co-Founder (CFO) and lead the funding, strategy, and scale-up journey of India’s clean-tech revolution.
📌 What We’re Looking For:
• MBA/CA or equivalent in Finance/Strategy
• 3+ years experience in fundraising, startup finance or corporate strategy
• Ability to prepare investor-ready financial models and pitch decks
• Understanding of startup compliance, grant schemes, and capital raising
🎯 Role & Responsibilities:
• Lead fundraising, investor relations, and grant strategy
• Build financial projections, reporting and budget planning
• Drive compliance with Startup India, DPIIT, MCA, GST, etc.
• Work closely with founder on scale-up and execution roadmap
