PPA PRIMARY TEACHER
Area: Solihull, Birmingham
Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 3:30
Salary: £120 - £180
Start date: ASAP
Monarch Education, part of affinity workforce, are currently working closely with a well-known Primary School in Solihull who are looking for a PPA Teacher to float and cover all year groups within different classes when needed.
This is a full-time role, to start ASAP and with be until the end of the academic year, July 2026.
The school are looking for a bubbly, child centred individual who is always willing to go the extra mile for all children in their care, who strive to provide a high-quality learning, which enables each child to realise their full potential.
The school has a large supportive team creating a caring atmosphere around the school, with up-to-date educational technology and nearby public transport routes and onsite parking available on school site.
The Ideal Candidate Will Need, But Not Perfected Too
• Hold's a recognised teacher qualification, QTS or Equivalent
• Have excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Expeience in all year groups, KS1 and KS2
• Proven record of having experience of outstanding classroom practice
• Is flexible and can adapt quickly in different school environments
• Be passionate about securing the best outcomes, inspiring and supporting all children
• Be a team player, demonstrating humility, be supports to all colleagues and can communicate readily and easily
• Possess a positive energy and enthusiasm for learning as well as a 'can-do' attitude to all aspects of the role and asks of the school
• Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Able to control behaviour management
