•Daily Communication with Client’s front end team to understand their requirements.
•Responsible for managing the Design team and ensuring the designs are made according to the requirement.
•Perform market research on competitors, to understand current trends and prevailing rates and implementing suggestions for new line of products based on the market demand.
•Responsible for building profitable & productive business relations.
•Regular co-ordination with production superiors and making sure the merchandise produced meets customers’ specifications and quality standards.
•Playing a pivotal role in ensuring satisfaction of customers by responding to their queries effectively.
•Responsible for managing the team and ensuring that they deliver a high-quality service to the customers.
