About the Role

Ecompapi is seeking an experienced PPC Specialist (Paid Media) to join our digital team. This is a hands-on role for someone who has managed paid advertising campaigns across the full spectrum of client types, from early-stage startups with lean budgets to established enterprise businesses running large-scale, multi-channel campaigns.

The right candidate will deeply understand each client's brand, commercial objectives, and target audience, and translate that understanding into paid campaigns that generate real leads and sales. You will be expected to work confidently across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, adapting strategy to suit the platform, the budget, and the business.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Understand each client's brand identity, target audience, and commercial goals before developing a paid media strategy
• Manage campaigns across a wide range of budgets, from $500 per month startup accounts to $50,000 per month enterprise accounts
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign structure and targeting
• Write clear, conversion-focused ad copy that is consistent with each client's brand voice and objectives
• Set up and verify conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and other relevant tools
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make proactive adjustments to improve ROAS, CPL, and CPA
• Run A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and landing page briefs in collaboration with the design team
• Deliver monthly performance reports with clear commentary, data analysis, and recommended next steps
• Stay current with platform updates, new ad formats, and industry developments across all platforms

Client Exposure
• Startup clients: performance-focused campaigns with tight budgets and rapid testing cycles
• Growth-stage businesses: scaling spend efficiently from small budgets to significant monthly investment
• Enterprise accounts: multi-product, multi-audience campaigns with national or international reach
• E-commerce brands: Shopping campaigns, product feed management, and ROAS-driven optimisation
• Lead generation clients: professional services, B2B, legal, finance, and consulting sectors

What We Are Looking For
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on PPC experience, preferably within an agency managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Proven experience managing live campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Demonstrated track record of improving campaign performance across different budget levels and industries
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, quality score, and auction dynamics
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and end-to-end conversion tracking setup
• Ability to translate client business goals into a paid media strategy rather than simply executing briefs
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and act on data quickly and confidently
• Clear written communication skills for both ad copywriting and client-facing performance reporting

Nice to Have
• Google Ads certification in Search, Shopping, or Performance Max
• Meta Blueprint or Microsoft Advertising certification
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce
• Familiarity with competitive research tools such as SEMrush or SpyFu
• Basic understanding of SEO principles to align paid and organic strategy
