We're looking for an experienced and driven marketing leader who thrives on building something new every day in the rapidly evolving AI/ML landscape to join the AWS Marketplace Marketing team.

Strong preference for Seattle, WA | San Diego, CA | and SFO/Bay Area, CA. Also available to sit in Arlington, VA, USA | Austin, TX, USA | Boston, MA, USA | Chicago, IL, USA | Dallas, TX, USA | New York, NY, USA |

Relocation to these specific cities available for external candidates only from within the US only.

Key job responsibilities
Category Strategy & Positioning: Define go-to-market strategies for GenAI, ML, and Data & Analytics categories

Integrated Campaign Development: Design and orchestrate execution for omni-channel campaigns targeting technical and business decision makers, from data scientists to CxO executives evaluating AI transformation initiatives

Partner Collaboration: Work with leading AI/ML partners to develop co-marketing programs, joint value propositions, and scale-focused partner marketing initiatives

Technical Content & Thought Leadership: Work with solution architects, partners, and technical specialists to create content that demonstrates real-world AI/ML use cases, ROI models, and implementation guidance

Event Strategy & Field Marketing integration: Lead category presence at key industry events (such as re:Invent, partner events)

Performance Analytics & Optimization: Establish sophisticated measurement frameworks tracking everything from category awareness to solution adoption and customer lifetime value

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Technology, Operations, and Partner teams to ensure force multiplication and an exception experience for our customers and partners

We are a collaborative group of strategic thinkers, content visionaries, and event experts who work together to develop and deliver engaging, impactful content that resonates with audiences industry-wide and worldwide. We are experts at aligning content initiatives with broader business goals. We lead the content arm of AWS highest tiered event series, manage complex content operations, and ensure exceptional execution from strategy to delivery.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
5+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Cloud marketplace experience - familiarity with software procurement, ISV/channel ecosystems, and multi-dimensional business models
Deep understanding of AI/ML buyer personas, use cases, and technical evaluation criteria
Experience with Account-Based Marketing from strategy through execution
Mix of global and regional marketing experience and proven delivery of mass scale marketing programming

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,200/year in our highest geographic market.
