A Varied and Practical Role
No two days are the same. You'll be involved in sail making, producing covers, mail order fulfilment, customer service, and general administration. This is a hands-on role where you'll work with your hands whilst using strong communication skills when dealing with customers and the wider team.
The position requires a good eye for detail to maintain the high quality P&B is known for. You'll learn multiple skills within the business, gaining experience across different areas of the operation
