A unique opportunity for an Australian-based, Practice Manager/Junior CFO to join The Integrated CFO.

Your Mission:
Elevate our clients' Xero files and software accuracy to unprecedented levels.
You will lead a team of junior bookkeepers and accountants, ensuring impeccable financial reporting that is both timely and accurate.
Your responsibilities include nurturing strong client relationships and taking ownership of our procedures and systems, refining them to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead the team in establishing new benchmarks for excellence in financial management and client satisfaction.

You have:
2+ years of Practice Management experience (at minimum) - you’ve worked and driven progress in an agency before.
A strong eye for detail including Balance sheet understanding and reconciliation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with staff and clients at all levels and the ability to drive and execute activities.
Strong technical abilities and experience with Xero, XPM, Karbon & Excel.
