Job Summary
• Practice Nurse - Part-time or Full-time (minimum 30 hours)
• Varied role that will include various areas of practice
• Very manageable workload with streamlined admin
Key Duties
• Mostly face-to-face appointments
• Chronic Disease specialist - Respiratory experience and Spirometry trained would be ideal
• No expectation for Nurses to tend to home-visits
• Deliver exceptional and continuous care to patients

Key Skills, Qualifications And Client Requirements
• Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
• Other typical things (such as DBS, right to work etc.)
• Experience in chronic disease management inc diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory
• conditions.
• Previous Practice Nurse experience
• Qualified smear taker
• Imms/Vacs trained, inc childhood imms.
