Reports To: Pre-Primary Coordinator
To assist the Main Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for Children.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities aligned with the curriculum.
Help children with day-to-day needs, including hygiene, meals, and transitions.
Observe and document children’s progress and report observations to the Main Teacher.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Support in preparing teaching aids, displays, and other learning resources.
Encourage children’s independence, curiosity, and love for learning.
Ensure adherence to child safety, school policies, and classroom routines.
Assist in managing classroom behavior with empathy and positive reinforcement.
Participate in school events, workshops, and parent–teacher meetings as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
B.Ed/NTT
Relevant certification in Early Childhood Care & Education (preferred).
Prior experience working with young children in a school or daycare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with children.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Work Schedule:
8 to 3PM (Monday to Friday)
2&4th Saturday OFF
