Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the requirements of the Gujarat Board curriculum for pre-primary students - Create a positive and nurturing learning environment for young children - Provide individualized support and attention to students to help them reach their full potential - Assess student progress and communicate with parents/guardians regularly - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for students - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current on best practices in early childhood education - Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment - Attend staff meetings and school events as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field - Gujarat Board Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) certification - Previous experience working with pre-primary students - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children - Ability to work effectively as part of a team - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
