Urgent Requirement: Jolly Phonics Teacher (3 PM – * PM Slot)
We are urgently hiring a Jolly Phonics teacher for the afternoon-evening time slot.
Timings: Teachers must commit to a minimum of 3 hours daily, Monday to Saturday. You may choose any 4-hour window between 3 PM and * PM, offering flexibility within that timeframe.
Requirements: Applicants must have a thorough understanding of the Jolly Phonics program, including:
All 42 letter sounds
Long and short vowels
Tricky words
Segmenting and blending
Diphthongs
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

#The Role:
We are seeking a smart, experienced, and dynamic educator to join the Learn2Read team. The ideal candidate is creative, fluent in spoken English, and capable of engaging children through fun, interactive sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a thorough understanding of the Learn2Read teaching modules
Successfully complete the required training program within the given timeframe, ensuring desired outcomes
Plan and deliver engaging lessons using creative ideas and varied props for each session
Collaborate regularly with the Learn2Read team to align on teaching strategies and updates
Provide consistent feedback on each child’s progress and maintain accurate records
#Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience with kindergarten or children aged 3 to 8 years
Strong knowledge and understanding of phonics, particularly Jolly Phonics
Excellent command of the English language
Ability to engage young children with patience, empathy, and enthusiasm
Genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to building a strong early learning foundation
Must have a well-functioning, updated laptop, high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps), and a dedicated workspace with proper lighting and a distraction-free background

Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹300.00 per hour
