Position: Pre-Primary & Primary Teacher
Location: Newtown & Doltala
Employment Type: Full-time
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in English/ Science field.
• Mandatory: Montessori certification for Pre-Primary teachers.
• Mandatory: B.Ed certification for Primary teachers.
• Prior teaching experience atleast 3-4 years in reputed schools preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Passion for teaching, patience, creativity, and classroom management skills.
Responsibilities:
For Pre-Primary Teacher:
• Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children.
• Develop age-appropriate lesson plans focusing on early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social skills.
• Incorporate play-way, activity-based, and creative teaching methods.
• Conduct storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, and interactive activities.
• Maintain records of student progress and share feedback with parents.
• Ensure overall emotional, physical, and intellectual development of children.
For Primary Teachers:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in core subjects (English, Mathematics, EVS, Social Science, etc.) as per CBSE curriculum.
• Use innovative teaching aids, digital tools, and activity-based learning methods.
• Foster discipline, curiosity, and confidence in students.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate performance, and prepare progress reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in school events, and support co-curricular activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents about student growth and challenges.
