We are always interested in passionate teachers who have the motivation to give back to their communities and the country by nurturing these young bright minds to create the next set of leaders in the country. We urge our teachers to use their creativity to craft lessons without the burden of pre-defined syllabi as well as to make their voices heard.
We are looking for Pre-Primary teachers with the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or related field).
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary setting.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Knowledge of child development and early learning theories.
Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude towards teaching young children.
Basic computer skills to prepare learning materials and communicate with parents.
Familiarity with play-based and inquiry-based learning methods.
Ability to manage classroom activities and handle multiple children with care and empathy.

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum and foster cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Create a stimulating classroom environment through interactive and hands-on activities.
Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, songs, play, and visual aids to facilitate learning.
Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
Encourage positive behavior and help children develop social skills through group activities and structured play.
Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration.
Communicate effectively with parents and staff to ensure each child’s well-being and development.
Participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.
