Position: Pre-Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement age-appropriate, engaging, and creative lesson plans that promote holistic development in young children.
• Maintain a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Facilitate a variety of learning activities, including storytelling, arts and crafts, music, , and interactive play, to support different learning styles and developmental stages.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing personalized support to meet each child’s unique developmental needs.
• Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment across all pre-primary classes.
• Stay updated on the latest educational trends and methodologies for early childhood education and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Nursery Teachers’ Training (NTT), Montessori Training, or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior experience in teaching pre-primary or kindergarten students is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
• Ability to manage a classroom and create an engaging learning environment.
