Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher
Location: ECS Bagless School, Sanskriti Corridor, Indore
Job Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Principal/Academic Coordinator
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher who loves working with young children and believes in the power of play-based and activity-oriented learning. You will be responsible for nurturing, guiding, and engaging children from Playgroup to UKG, laying a strong foundation for their lifelong learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
Create a warm, caring, and stimulating classroom environment
Use creative teaching methods including storytelling, music, role-play, art & craft, and hands-on learning
Observe and assess student development and maintain individual records
Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and well-being
Encourage positive social interactions and instill basic values and discipline
Participate in school events, celebrations, and training programs
Ensure the safety and hygiene of all students at all times
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education or a related field)
Montessori or ECCEd training is an added advantage
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in pre-primary (freshers with the right attitude may also apply)
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Energetic, patient, loving, and cheerful personality
Passion for working with young children
