Job Description
As a Pre-Primary (Nursery) Teacher, you are required to deal with the innocent small kids aged 3 to 6 years with motherly love care and affection. As a guide, mentor and guardian, you will make them learn, common etiquette manners, Do’s and Don’ts. Inculcating good communicative skills (in English) among the kids is a basic responsibility of a Pre-Primary Teacher. Basic knowledge of alphabets, numbers, recognition of colours, shapes, person, animals is also to be provided by the Pre-primary teacher. Poem recitation, storytelling, singing, dancing and playing with the children are the necessary characteristics and skill of a pre-primary/Nursery teacher. Maintaining English speaking environment inside the class room and within the campus is the first and foremost responsibility of a Nursery Teacher.
Major Duties:
• Safety of students.
• Personalised student teaching (Daily test-taking of students apart from scheduled tests in school calendar, extra classes etc.)
• Regular feedbacks, Report-making of each student & submission to the management.
• Special focus on weak students.
• Voluntarily Engagement in Co-curricular Activities.
