About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our school team. The ideal candidate should have a nurturing personality, patience, and creativity to help young learners (ages 2–6) build foundational skills in a safe, joyful, and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, design, and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to support early childhood learning and development.
• Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and social skills.
• Introduce basic concepts of literacy, numeracy, art, music, and physical activities.
• Support children’s emotional and social development, encouraging positive behavior and empathy.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s growth and learning progress.
• Ensure health, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently followed.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Montessori Training or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Pre-Primary / Kindergarten teacher preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
• Knowledge of child development stages and early learning teaching methods.
• Ability to manage a classroom with empathy, structure, and discipline.
