 Allocation of Staff.  Monitoring & Handling the Children and Staff for effective Teaching.  Addressing & Handling all kinds of concerns related to students.  Day to day interaction with the management & Students  Reporting to The School Director on weekly basis.

 Holding weekly training's& meeting's with all the staff  Heading a team of qualified teachers from all the departments.
