Key Responsibilities:
• Client Needs Analysis:
• Conduct initial discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients to understand their property preferences, budget, location requirements, and investment goals.
• Identify and document client specific needs and pain points related to property buying, selling, or management.
• Solution Presentation & Demonstration:
• Present suitable property options to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and investment potential.
• Conduct property tours and site visits, effectively showcasing the advantages of various real estate opportunities.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of PropManthan's services and how they align with client needs.
• Support to Sales Team:
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide information on client requirements and property specifics.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential buyers or sellers.
• Address basic client queries regarding properties, processes, and market trends.
• Market Knowledge & Research:
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, new developments, and competitor activities, especially within Pimpri-Chinchwad and surrounding areas.
• Provide feedback to the management on market conditions and client preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the initial engagement.
Qualifications:
• Education: 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within sales, tele-sales, or customer service, with an interest in the real estate sector.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi/Hindi, with the ability to clearly convey information.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Problem-Solving: Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and suggest suitable options.
• Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help clients and provide excellent service.
• Self-Motivated: Proactive and eager to learn about the real estate market.
• Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and willingness to learn CRM software.
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (plus potential incentives based on performance).
