Job Description
Lead the pre-sales team and collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop IT solutions that meet customer needs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business requirements and provide IT recommendations
Provide technical and product expertise during pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept projects
Participate in the development of proposals, RFPs, and RFIs
Work with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and can be delivered effectively
Provide guidance and support to the sales team on sales strategies, product positioning, and competitive landscape
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT pre-sales, with a proven track record of success
Strong technical knowledge of IT solutions, including infrastructure, cloud, security, and networking
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team of pre-sales professionals
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales, technical, and executive teams
Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
