Job Description
Our Pre-School Teacher will be responsible for:
• Understanding the curriculum and developing engaging lesson plans.
• Preparing the class setting, implementing a teaching methodology that promotes student growth.
• Fostering a positive relationship with children to facilitate learning and development.
• Developing essential skills and social abilities to ensure optimal child development.
• Maintaining high-quality delivery in schools by creating an optimal learning environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Candidates should be graduates with a pleasing personality, boundless energy, and enthusiasm to work with children, parents, teachers, and management.
• Teachers with a diploma in Early Childhood Education and experience in pre-school teaching, creating or using innovative teaching methods, international curricula, etc. will be preferred.
• A passion for children, an obsession with quality, strong communication skills rooted in clear work ethics are prerequisites for this role.
• Candidates with proficiency or interest in Art/Western Music/Western Dance will be preferred.
