Ø Setting up the class rooms , organising displays and equipments.
Ø Using a mix of resources to enhance kids exploration of the topics.
Ø Able to encourage kids to learn together.
Ø Ability to teach with personal, social and emotional skills.
Ø Excellent knowledge of child development and latest education theories and practices
Ø To maintain required reports and records for every child in the class.
Ø To ensure that resources are utilized effectively and work towards minimizing wastage.
