Toddler/Nursery Teacher Job Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler/Nursery Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children aged 1 to 3 years.Key responsibilities include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, routines, and learning experiences that encourage curiosity and promote development. The teacher will maintain a structured yet flexible schedule, incorporating play-based learning, music, storytelling, and sensory exploration. Monitoring each childs development and maintaining clear communication with parents through daily reports and regular meetings is essential.The teacher must ensure a clean and safe classroom, adhering to health and safety standards. Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills are vital, as is the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Candidates should be warm, caring, and enthusiastic about early childhood education.A certificate or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field, along with prior experience in a nursery or childcare setting, is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with toddlers and is committed to fostering their early learning journey.
