Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher
Location: Innovera School, Loni Kalbhor
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 (Based on experience)
Job Overview:
Innovera School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team at Loni Kalbhor. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of early childhood education, a nurturing attitude, and the ability to create an engaging and stimulating learning environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Create a warm, friendly, and structured classroom environment.
Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
Use creative teaching methods, storytelling, and interactive techniques.
Monitor and assess students' progress and provide individual attention when needed.
Maintain discipline and ensure the safety of students.
Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on child development.
Participate in school events, training programs, and staff meetings.
Requirements:
Qualification: Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT / ECCEd / Montessori Training) or relevant degree.
Experience: 0-3 years of teaching experience in pre-primary or early childhood education.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
Ability to manage and engage a classroom effectively.
Strong command of English and Hindi/Marathi.
