What You’ll Do
Diagnose, service, and repair luxury residential appliances: refrigeration (built‑ins, columns, wine storage), cooking (ranges, ovens, cooktops, ventilation), and dishwashers for Sub‑Zero, Wolf, and Cove
Use diagnostic tools, schematics, and service literature to determine accurate repair plans
Educate customers on proper use and care; deliver a premium, professional in‑home experience
Maintain detailed, accurate service notes and parts usage via mobile apps
Start your day at our Redmond office to stock parts, then drive a company vehicle to customer homes throughout the metro area
Uphold safety, cleanliness, and brand standards at every step
What You’ll Bring
Must‑Haves (applications without these are unlikely to be a fit)
1+ year of professional appliance repair experience (residential or commercial), ideally including Sub‑Zero, Wolf, or Cove; OR
2+ years in closely related field service (HVAC/R, refrigeration, electro‑mechanical, or electrical troubleshooting) with strong diagnostics and customer-facing work
Valid Driver’s License and ability to commute daily to Redmond (15301 NE 90th St, Suite 140, Redmond, WA 98052)
Professional communication, customer‑first mindset, and polished appearance
Tech‑savvy with mobile/desktop apps and digital documentation
Detail orientation and process discipline; able to lift 60 lbs, push 100 lbs, and pull 50 lbs
Nice‑To‑Haves
Factory certification or hands‑on experience with Sub‑Zero, Wolf, Cove
EPA Section 608 (refrigeration) or related certifications
Prior luxury/residential in‑home service experience
Compensation and Benefits
$25–$40 per hour starting, DOE
