As a Premium Corporate Manager you will be responsible for delivering superior service and ensuring an unparalleled guest experience. What will you do?
Oversee and support the management of all corporate operations, including event day functions, briefings, and VIP events, ensuring seamless execution
Ensure prompt and efficient service delivery for all functions, adhering to predetermined standards and procedures to provide an exceptional guest experience
Uphold and maintain the highest customer service standards, adhering to protocols and ensuring exceptional service levels at all times
Participate in non-event day operations during peak times, supporting the team and overall event success
More about you
Proven leadership experience in a corporate, function or banquet environment
Ability to mentor, train, and develop a team of hospitality professionals
Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as event schedules dictate
Responsible Service of ******* certificate
