Job Location : Tina's primary School, HebbalJob Summary: We are seeking a nurturing and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our school in Hebbal, Bangalore. The Pre-Primary Teacher will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children, developing age-appropriate lesson plans and teaching materials, and facilitating children's learning and development through play-based activities.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and teaching materials for young children, focusing on play-based learning activities;Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development;Plan and supervise daily activities and routines, including free play, circle time, snack time, and nap time;Observe and assess children's progress, and communicate with parents and guardians about their child's development;Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the classroom and school;Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education;Perform other duties as assigned by the school management.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field;At least 2 years of experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher or a similar role;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with young children, parents, and colleagues;Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methods and practices in early childhood education;Ability to create a safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development;Fluency in English and proficiency in local language(s) is preferred.Working Hours: This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday.
